Employ superior legal research and writing skills, including drafting of law and motion; strong working knowledge of State and Federal rules of civil procedure; strong e-filing experience with CM/ECF and Pacer; SEC filings and registrations, Strong understanding of Blue Sky research  and Rule 144 Opinions; M&As, PPOs and IPOs; COMPUTER SKILLS: Summation iBlaze, Concordance, Clearwell, Relativity, Lexis, Westlaw, TextMap, CaseMap, iManage, Comp-U-Law, Lotus Notes, LiveNote, Versatile, Trial Director, Accutrac, MS Office and Word Perfect. Full  understanding of the EDRM lifecycle; strong experience with Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Production, and Quality Assurance. LANGUAGES: Fluent Spanish; moderate Italian and French; Active commissioned Notary.
